• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
