Qanect in Doha is currently seeking an Office Boy to join our team. As an Office Boy, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the relevant staff members
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the kitchen and restrooms
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies and groceries
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
