Job Responsibilities
As an Organization Development Manager at Almarai, your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Development: Design and oversee talent development programs, including training, workshops, and coaching sessions, to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive high performance and accountability.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational structures, processes, and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications/Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related roles, preferably in a large corporate setting
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels
- Project management expertise, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational development software tools
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, or related roles in a corporate environment
Working Environments
