Job Responsibilities
- Welding Operations: Perform welding operations on various metals and materials.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret and work from blueprints and welding process specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of welds meet industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all welding operations.
- Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding, including cutting and shaping.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of welders and other professionals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding activities and completed projects.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a Welder.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
Working Environments
