    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough quality assessments and inspections on products to identify defects or inconsistencies
    • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and documentation
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Perform root cause analysis for defects and develop strategies to prevent recurrence
    • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
    • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards and best practices

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control processes
