Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  2. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated funds and providing cost control recommendations.
  3. Tendering and Contracts: Assist in the tendering process, including preparing and evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
