As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating product registrations, and managing submissions to regulatory agencies. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet legal and quality standards.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Research and interpret regulatory requirements and guidelines.
    • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and applications for product approvals.
    • Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and requests for additional information.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Stay updated with changes in regulations and communicate potential impacts to the organization.
    • Support regulatory inspections and audits as necessary.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong understanding of regulatory affairs principles and processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory submissions.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of medical devices/pharmaceuticals regulations is advantageous.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs roles within the healthcare industry.
    • Experience with Health Canada regulations is preferred.
