Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with the restaurant concept and brand standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels, implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant.
