    Job Overview

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Canada. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels and merchandise displays.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role.
