Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and other in-flight services.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
• Serve meals and refreshments according to airline standards.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle in-flight emergencies and incidents professionally.

Qualifications/Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Education and Experience Requirements
