Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of security guards.
- Train new security personnel on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and enforce security protocols.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a security guard supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security guard license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security supervision.
Working Environments
