Job Overview:
Nakilat is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our security team in Qatar. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets, contributing to the overall safety and security of Nakilat operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Surveillance: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security threats.
- Access Control: Control and monitor access to Nakilat premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, providing assistance and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Security Checks: Conduct routine security checks on personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
- Crisis Management: Implement and follow crisis management procedures as required.
- Reporting: Document and report security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other security personnel and departments to enhance overall security measures.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Security Certification: Relevant security certifications are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Crisis Management: Familiarity with crisis management and emergency response procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Security Certification (e.g., CPP, PSP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security roles.
Working Environments:
- On-site Security: Monitoring and patrolling Nakilat facilities.
- Shift Work: Security officers may be assigned to various shifts.
