Job Overview
New Mowasat Hospital in Kuwait is seeking compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses to join our team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and develop nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to medical staff
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Qualifications/Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kuwait
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
