Job Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and implementation
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support teachers in assessing student progress and providing feedback
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading and record-keeping
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the school program
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of educational principles and practices
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is advantageous
- Teaching Assistant certification is preferred but not required
