Job Overview:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Riyadh. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and discrepancies.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to warehouse operations in a timely manner.
