Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Canada. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
- Unload trucks and move materials to designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks for outbound shipments.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications/Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
