Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize resources to meet operational targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications/Skills

Education and Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Experience in operations management, business development, or related areas is desirable.
