    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for medical staff.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain and update patient records and filing systems.
    • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
    • Support the HR department with onboarding and employee record-keeping.
    • Plan and organize company events and meetings.
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and medical staff as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.


    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
