Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud architectures that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and solutions.
- Deploy and manage scalable and secure cloud environments using best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving issues.
- Automate deployment processes and ensure proper backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Stay updated on AWS services, trends, and best practices to optimize cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or related role.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification is a strong plus.
- In-depth understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and identity access management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility for work visa sponsorship in the United Kingdom is required.
