Job Overview:
Marriott International is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team in Oman. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assisting with menu selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments and maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
- Assist with bar promotions and special events as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
