Job Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Process reservations and manage booking systems
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office areas
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
