Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage construction crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to regulations.
- Review and approve construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management and client review.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials, and equipment.
