Experience

Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites before the start of projects. This may involve clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring the site is safe and ready for work.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Distribute materials to different areas of the construction site as required.
- Construction Support: Support skilled workers, such as carpenters and masons, by providing them with the necessary tools and materials. Assist in tasks such as mixing cement, pouring concrete, and assembling structures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the construction site. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
- Clean-Up and Maintenance: Keep the construction site clean and organized. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
- Physical Labour: Perform physically demanding tasks, including digging trenches, carrying heavy loads, and operating power tools.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion within deadlines.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to receive instructions and updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
