Job Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at A&W, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management, including tracking sales and expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
