Crew Life at Sea in Doha is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Assist guests with requests and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an asset
- Training in hospitality management or related field is preferred
