Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the guest services desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and reconcile guest accounts accurately.
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is beneficial.
Working Environments
