Job Responsibilities

- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including calling taxis and arranging airport transfers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications/Skills

- Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
Education and Experience Requirements
