Hotel Indigo in Oman is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs
- Customize treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Welcome guests and provide consultations to determine their preferences and any contraindications
- Promote spa services and products to guests and assist with retail sales
- Monitor and replenish supplies and amenities in treatment rooms and spa areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or inquiries
Qualifications/Skills
- Certification or licensure in massage therapy or esthetics
- Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Certification or licensure in massage therapy or esthetics
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center preferred
- Training or certification in specialized spa treatments is an asset
