Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning.
- Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Working Environments: Housekeepers work indoors in hotel rooms, lobbies, and other areas. The job may involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Proper training and protective equipment will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.
