Job Overview
Hotel Indigo in Oman is seeking a dedicated and organized Housing Officer to join our team. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing employee accommodations and ensuring a comfortable living environment for our staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the allocation of employee accommodations and ensure fair and equitable distribution
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy and vacancies in employee housing
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate employee moves and transitions
- Inspect and maintain employee housing units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Address any maintenance issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to housing
- Enforce housing policies and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for housing expenses
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in housing management or a related field preferred
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing management or a related field
