Job Overview
Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Assist with compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role
