Avamels Printing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
