VML is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
• Assist with employee relations issues and inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
• Assist with performance management processes, including administering employee evaluations and tracking performance metrics.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
