Bureau Veritas is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide HSE training to employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports.
- Monitor compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Advise on safety measures and best practices.
- Maintain and update safety documentation.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in an industrial or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE supervisory role.
- Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) are a plus.
