Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Manager in Oman. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the hotel's business objectives.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel staff and guests.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and installations.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the IT budget and procurement process.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

Education and Experience Requirements
