Job Overview
AlMansoori Petroleum Services is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Lab Supervisor in Oman. The Lab Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate laboratory activities, including sample testing, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Train and mentor laboratory technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical issues and provide technical support.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of laboratory materials and consumables.
- Prepare and review laboratory reports and documentation.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory testing methods and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
Working Environments
- Laboratory environment with exposure to chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Interaction with laboratory technicians and other personnel.
- Occasional requirement to work in outdoor or field environments.
