Job Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to develop and analyze flavors and fragrances
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for formulations
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Record and document experimental data and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures
- Participate in sensory evaluations and product assessments
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Lab Technician in a flavor and fragrance laboratory
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in the flavor and fragrance industry
