Shell is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Oman. The Manager will play a key role in leading and managing various aspects of our operations in the region.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to drive performance and deliver results.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Represent Shell in meetings, negotiations, and other business engagements.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is advantageous.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in operations management, business development, or related areas is desirable.
