Worley is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in Oman as a Manager. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of operations, leading teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement or intervention.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Participate in business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities.
