Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
