Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities
- Patient Care:
- Assist registered nurses in providing basic care to patients.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' health status.
- Daily Living Assistance:
- Help patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and positioning.
- Vital Signs Monitoring:
- Take and record patients' vital signs accurately.
- Report any abnormalities to the nursing team.
- Healthcare Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document care provided and observations made.
- Patient Interaction:
- Interact with patients and provide emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications/Skills
- Certification:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is desirable.
- Compassion and Empathy:
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
- Experience:
- Prior experience as a Nurse Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Environments

- Work in a hospital environment alongside healthcare professionals.
- Rotate through different units based on patient needs.
