Job Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs between features, resources, and timelines.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product features.
- Lead and facilitate product development sprints, providing clear direction to the development team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in creating product roadmaps, defining requirements, and managing backlogs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship in Canada.
