Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about flight schedules, fares, and services
- Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required
- Training in airline reservations systems and procedures is an asset
