Job Overview:
Trane Technologies in Qatar is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Sales Engineer. The Service Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of service contracts and solutions to new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for service contracts and solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Trane Technologies' service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC or building services industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and service solutions is a plus.
Working Environments:
- Office environment with frequent client meetings and travel.
