Job Overview:
Al Nitaq Real Estate in Qatar is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the successful management of our properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff.
- Oversee the leasing and rental processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and property showings.
- Ensure compliance with leasing agreements, property regulations, and local laws.
- Monitor property maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and vendors as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
Working Environments:
- Office environment with occasional visits to properties.
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
