Rolls-Royce in Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for Rolls-Royce equipment and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for Rolls-Royce equipment and systems, including gas turbines and propulsion systems
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address technical inquiries and resolve issues
- Prepare service reports and documentation of work performed
- Provide training and guidance to customers and service technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications/Skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in field service engineering or a related field preferred
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field
