Manzil Health Care Services is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Dubai. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities due to illness, disability, or aging.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and assist with medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications/Skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move clients if necessary.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is beneficial but not required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
