Marriott International is seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team in Riyadh as a Hotel Supervisor. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth workflow.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise hotel staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of service excellence.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
