Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Quality Control: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold brand standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications/Skills
- Leadership: Proven experience in a housekeeping management role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with staff and other hotel departments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management.
