Job Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on a variety of legal issues.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise the organization on legal matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Assist in the negotiation and settlement of legal disputes.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure legal compliance in various business activities.
- Handle legal correspondence and document management.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Admission to the Bar in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role.
- Experience working in a corporate legal department is an advantage.
